OX2 are thrilled to share OX2 Australia's first Reflect Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP), which has been endorsed by Reconciliation Australia. As we develop renewable energy projects on Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander lands, we recognise the importance of taking the time to listen, learn and work respectfully alongside Traditional Custodians and communities.
Our Reflect RAP is an important step in that journey. It outlines how we will strengthen our understanding, build our cultural capability, and lay the foundations for meaningful, long-term relationships based on respect, trust and collaboration.
A special thank you to Wangkumurra and Kamilaroi man, James Dennis, for creating the stunning artwork featured throughout our RAP. James' work beautifully captures the connection and synergies between caring for Country and renewable energy, and we are honoured to have it represent this important milestone for OX2.

OX2 is proud to be developing a Reflect Reconciliation Action Plan 2026-2028. This process begins with engaging our staff and leadership to strengthen understanding of the importance of reconciliation and looking at opportunities for our organisation to contribute to meaningful change. We want to work in a way that honours cultures, protects heritage, and creates opportunities that are genuinely meaningful, not just for the life of a project, but long after.
